The phrase “new levels = new devils” is unfortunately true. In today’s video, I’ll discuss the gatekeeper and naysayer devils. They’re the people who act like they own access to opportunities, knowledge, or success, and they’ll do whatever they can to make you feel like you don’t belong. But here’s the truth:
You don’t need their permission. You never did.
Gatekeepers vs. True Leaders
Gatekeepers hoard knowledge. True leaders share it.
Gatekeepers thrive on exclusivity. True leaders build community.
Gatekeepers want to control who gets in. True leaders open the door.
And naysayers? They have a problem for every solution and a gripe about everyone else’s accomplishments.
