“More employers tell workers to RTO

Happy New Year — now come back to the office. A flurry of companies including Vanguard Guard and Paycom Software have sent that message to employees in recent weeks, reports The Wall Street Journal. Those firms have ordered employees to honor existing hybrid schedules or to increase in-office time, with some bosses warning that workers who fail to comply could be laid off within weeks. Still, some employees are challenging the RTO edits in all-hands meetings, arguing they are more productive at home and lose valuable time commuting.”
I warned you repeatedly that RTO was only going to expand. While others were hopped up on hopium, I was here telling you the not-so-great truth of things. 😞
