Maybe this bot/person/whoever was trying to prove a point or wanted to be sarcastic. I dunno. What I want to say is: IMO, there seems to be a prevalent idea that everything is fine and people are doing great. No one is in debt and there’s no possible way the housing market could crash again. I mean, houses only appreciate in value all the time, right? 😣
