21 Feb Gen Z and the Office
“Many of those who graduated right before or during the pandemic may never set foot in an office — nor do they really want to.”
As a Gen Xer, I can’t say I blame them. I certainly do not miss being butt-in-seat in an office, having a long commute, sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic (to do work that could have been performed at home), and wearing dress clothes.
